The story of the piece
Two ways to make a man's farmla. In burgundy, a plain suedecloth with only a cord down the front — for those who want the cut without the ornament. In stone grey, the opposite: wide gold-and-rust embroidered bands, Amazigh motifs covering the whole front, the hem and the cuffs.
Either is worn open over a pale shirt and a saroual. It is the piece that dresses a man for Eid or a wedding without his having to put on a jacket.
